Nonwoven Fabric Production Line for Making Nonwoven Bags
This nonwoven fabric production line has advantages of superior performance, beautiful color, and good quality.
After the polymer is extruded and stretched to form a continuous filament, the filament is laid into a net, which is then bonded by itself, by thermal bonding, chemical bonding or mechanical reinforcement to make the net into non-woven.
The process as follow:
Polymer (polypropylene + recycling) - high temperature melt extrusion of large screw - Filter - metering pump (quantitative conveying) - spinning (drawing up and down the spinning entrance) - cooling - Air traction - screen forming - up and down pressure rollers (pre-reinforcement) - hot rolling (reinforcement) - winding - inverted distribution Cutting-Weighing Packaging-Storage of Finished Products
